SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Once your order shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and an expected delivery date. However, Nary Manivong cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility. Our selected carried do not guarantee a specific time of day for expedited delivery services no does expedited delivery include weekends.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major and national holidays on which USPS do not pick up. Every attempt is made to fill and ship your order in the timeliest fashion. Orders placed before 3PM Eastern time Monday thru Friday typically ship out on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed and shipped the following Monday.
Standard shipping is always free. For Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping, a flat fee is charged for any destination in the contiguous United States. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns and exchanges, there is pre-paid return label in the original box containing your order. This label can be used for your convenience to send returns and exchanges back. When using this return service label for a return, a flat fee of $8.00 will be deducted from the refund. There is no fee for using this label on exchanges.
Nary Manivong also offers international orders. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country and you are responsible for all duties, taxes or brokerage fees associated with international shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. Returns purchased via www.narymanivong.com may be returned to the site only, and no other physical outlets of Nary Manivong. Any incurred shipping and handling charges in the original purchaser shall not be refunded unless the item is damaged or Nary Manivong has made a shipping error. To begin a return process, please email email@example.com with your order number. Your RMA number will be sent to you via email once your request has been authorized. Write the RMA on the return portion of your invoice and include with your shipment.
All sale, sample sale, and special items are final sale and may not be returned.
The use of tracking and insurance is advised as Nary Manivong takes no responsibility for the returned product until it has been received. Once the product has been received, refunds are processed into the original form of payment used and can take within 5-7 days.
NARY MANIVONG ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER LOCATIONS
Items purchased at department stores or at any other store selling Nary Manivong merchandise cannot be returned to narymanivong.com.
Should you have a query regarding an exchange from the online store please email within 14 days of purchase your query to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any subsequent balance on this exchange will not be refunded in cash and will only be available as a credit to the online store. This may only be used at the narymanivong.com online store and no other physical outlets of Nary Manivong.
SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Nary Manivong will provide a pre-paid UPS shipping label to expedite the return on orders shipped within the US. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact email@example.com.
By offering pre-order online it enables you to purchase an item that is set to arrive later in the season. As soon as the pre-order items are available we immediately package your products and send them to the address you supply us with when placing your order. The delivery times for each item will depend on the release of each garment, but please note that in some cases this can take up to 4 weeks. We will provide a customer care email upon the time of your purchase to better indicate the delivery date/status of your pre-ordered item(s). All products purchased through our pre-order service are to be paid for in full. Once your order has been made it will be processed automatically. No cancellations can be made at this time.
