Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major and national holidays on which USPS does not pick up. Every attempt is made to fill and ship your order in the timeliest fashion. Orders placed before 3 PM Eastern time Monday thru Friday typically ship out on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed and shipped on the following Monday.
Once your order shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and an expected delivery date. However, NARY MANIVONG cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility. Our selected carried do not guarantee a specific time of day for expedited delivery services no does expedited delivery include weekends.
Standard shipping is always free. For Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping, a flat fee is charged for any destination in the contiguous United States. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns and exchanges, there is pre-paid return label in the original box containing your order. This label can be used for your convenience to send returns and exchanges back. When using this return service label for a return, a flat fee of $8.00 will be deducted from the refund. There is no fee for using this label on exchanges.
NARY MANIVONG is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
NARY MANIVONG also offers international orders. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country and you are responsible for all duties, taxes or brokerage fees associated with international shipping.
